Bija Baji Terms and Conditions – Your Complete Guide to Platform Rules

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the specific meanings given below. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret the rest of this document correctly.

To create and use a bija baji account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bija baji does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit funds or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information. Any false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You must not be located in or be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register that applies to bija baji or have a currently active self-exclusion on the platform.

By completing registration, you confirm that all information you have provided is true and that you meet the eligibility criteria above. Bija baji may carry out verification checks at any time and may request supporting documents including a valid CNIC, utility bill or bank statement to confirm your identity and age.

Each player may hold only one registered account on bija baji. Attempting to open a second account — whether under the same or a different name, mobile number or email address — is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. Bija baji actively detects duplicate accounts using device fingerprinting, IP monitoring and payment method cross-referencing.

If a duplicate account is identified, bija baji reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately, void any pending bets and withhold any balances pending investigation. If the duplicate was created to abuse a bonus or promotion, all bonus-related winnings will be forfeited.

Account security is your personal responsibility. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any other person.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Notify bija baji immediately at support@bijabaji.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Never allow any other person to access your account, place bets on your behalf or receive withdrawals from your account balance.

Bija baji will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately via live chat or email so the account can be temporarily frozen while the matter is investigated.

All deposits to your bija baji account are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted:

• The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though specific payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Bija baji does not accept third-party deposits — any deposit traced to a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder will be returned and the account reviewed.
• Bija baji does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Bija baji is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment services.
• Funds deposited are credited to your bija baji account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Bija baji reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes. This is a regulatory requirement and applies to all players without exception.

Withdrawals from your bija baji account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• You must have completed your account verification (age and identity) before a withdrawal can be processed. Players who have not submitted verification documents may find their first withdrawal held pending document review.
• Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT transfers are processed within one business hour during normal banking days. Card withdrawals may take up to 3–5 business days depending on your issuing bank.

Bija baji offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bija baji bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, made a qualifying deposit.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier will be stated in the promotion's terms — typically between 10× and 30× for bija baji bonuses.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Casino games may contribute between 10% and 100% depending on the specific game. These contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device and per IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via new accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• Bija baji reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account, and to cancel bonuses that have been claimed through fraudulent or abusive means.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds that exceed the stated maximum bonus win cap will be removed from the player's balance when the bonus is settled. Maximum win caps are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

The following rules apply to all real-money bets placed on bija baji across all game types — cricket betting, casino games, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Poker, Aviator and Virtual Sports:

• All bets are placed in PKR. The minimum bet amount is Rs 100 for sports markets and Rs 50 for most casino games. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed in the betting interface before a bet is placed.
• Once a bet is confirmed by the player and accepted by the bija baji system, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your selections carefully before confirming.
• For cricket and sports betting: if a match is abandoned before completion and an official result is not declared, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. Matches resolved by DLS method are settled on the official result unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.
• Bija baji reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred — for example, odds of 100.0 offered on a near-certain outcome due to a technical feed error. Such voids will be explained to affected players via email or in-account notification.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time risk management. Bija baji may restrict in-play bet acceptance during the brief period when a ball is in flight or a decision is imminent — this is standard across all live betting platforms and is not targeted at individual players.

Bija baji is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension followed by investigation:

• Collusion: Any arrangement between two or more players to share information, coordinate bets or otherwise manipulate the outcome of a shared game — particularly in poker or Teen Patti multiplayer tables.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting inconsistencies between bija baji's odds and those of other platforms in a way that guarantees profit irrespective of outcome. This includes the use of software tools that automate such strategies.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses, using VPNs to circumvent regional restrictions or exploiting technical errors in the bonus system.
• Automated betting software: The use of bots, scripts, macros or any automated tool to place bets on bija baji is strictly forbidden. All betting activity must be carried out manually by the registered account holder.
• Money laundering: Using bija baji's deposit and withdrawal systems as a mechanism to process funds for any purpose other than personal gaming. Bija baji complies fully with all applicable AML regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Bija baji's security team monitors account activity continuously. If unusual patterns are detected, the account may be temporarily restricted while investigation is conducted. Players who cooperate fully with investigation requests and are found to have acted in good faith will have any restrictions lifted promptly.

Bija baji takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable, controlled activity — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following tools are available to all players free of charge from within account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set a timer that will remind you how long your current session has been running.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or permanently. Once set, self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the period expires. During exclusion, you will not receive any marketing communications from bija baji.
• Reality check notifications: Receive a pop-up notification at intervals you set, displaying your net session result (total bets placed minus total winnings) to keep your spending transparent.

Your use of bija baji involves the collection and processing of personal data. This is governed in full by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. Key points include:

• Bija baji collects personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions and comply with legal obligations — including identity verification, fraud prevention and AML requirements.
• Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Bija baji may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities where required by law.
• You have the right to request access to the data held about you, to correct inaccurate data and to request deletion of data in circumstances permitted by applicable law.

Bija baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse or use of automated betting tools.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within 30 days of request.
• Chargebacks raised through a payment provider in respect of deposits made to bija baji.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or use of the platform for purposes other than personal gaming.
• Any conduct that bija baji reasonably determines poses a risk to the platform, other players or the integrity of games.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation rather than terminated permanently, bija baji will contact the player by email within 48 hours to explain the situation and request any information required to resolve it. Genuine players who have not violated these Terms and Conditions will have their accounts reinstated promptly once the review is complete.

Where an account is terminated for breach, any real-money balance — after deducting any bonuses and associated winnings — will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days, except where the breach involves fraudulent deposits or money laundering activity, in which case all funds may be withheld pending legal process.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bija baji's liability to any player is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time of any claim. Bija baji will not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from the player's own gaming decisions — all bets are placed voluntarily and the risk of financial loss is inherent in gambling.
• Technical failures, internet outages or device issues on the player's side that result in bets being placed incorrectly or not placed at all.
• Temporary service interruptions required for scheduled maintenance, security updates or emergency patching of the platform.
• Losses resulting from the player sharing account credentials with another person.
• Errors in odds caused by clearly incorrect data feeds, where bija baji has voided the affected bets and returned stakes per the process described in Section 7.

Bija baji reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified by:

• A prominent notice on the bija baji homepage at least 7 days before changes take effect.
• An in-account notification on next login.
• An email to the registered address for significant amendments affecting financial or account security terms.

Continued use of bija baji after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to initiate a withdrawal of your balance before the effective date.

The version of the Terms and Conditions effective on the date a dispute arises will govern that dispute, not any subsequent version. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
